Postnatal Depression Support Group

Baby Bumps is a not-for-profit playgroup and support group for mothers who experience depression and anxiety. We offer a safe and non-judgmental environment. The support group is run by qualified counsellors and the venue has an enclosed playground for the children to enjoy. Babysitters and qualified childcare professionals are available for mothers who need 1 to 1 counselling or time out.

Time:  Mondays, 10am till 12pm except for public holidays

Christmas time at Baby Bumps last one for the year 13th December. Starts again on Monday 17th January 2011

Location: Hornsby Heights Community Centre, 104A Galston Road, Hornsby Heights

Access: Parking available onsite and there is a local bus stop nearby.
